EARLY KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
Date: March 1 – 31, 2010
Time: Monday through Friday
8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Thursday 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Please bring the following documents:
Evidence of Date of Birth
Updated Immunization Record
Proof of Address
For example; a current utility bill addressed to Parent and or Guardian
If applicable, student Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
